OUR WEBSITE IS CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED The ACCF Micro-Ingredient Feeder is designed and manufactured to provide a consistent feed rate with a wide variety of materials including fine, medium and coarse powders, pellets, flakes and granular materials. The self-cleaning screw and overhead conditioner ensure a consistent feed of material. This is particularly important where either gain in weight or loss in weight material proportioning is required. Should the feeder supplied not perform to the agreed specifications, we will gladly modify or replace the feeder at no cost to your company. As standard, the ACCF Micro-Ingredient Feeder is available in several diameters and screw configurations to suit the material and desired feed rate. Feed rates range from 0.005 ro 1.0 cubic meters per hour, depending on the material. The ACCF Feeder comes equipped with the following standard features: Solid Construction for Long Service Life. Food Grade PTFE Shaft Seals. Outrigger Bearings for reliable Service. Permanently Lubricated Shaft Mounted Drives for Maintenance Free operation. Mechanical Variator with Indicator.
